Among the illegal activities that the NSA is currently engaged in on the internet is site jamming. According to 12 year NSA veteran Wayne Madsen the NSA is also actively spying on NGOs and human rights organizations as the attempt to monitor every type of communication that exists all over the world. Joining the NSA and their SIGINT alliance called FVEY are another 35 countries that routinely allow the NSA to access their networks and assist the NSA in spying on their own citizens. Surprisingly one of these countries is Germany which was recently surprised and outraged that the NSA was spying on Chancellor Angela Merkel. During the interview with John Robles, Mr. Madsen also had the chance to defend himself after a vicious attack from US neo-conservatives caused an interview he gave to the UK Observer to be pulled because Mr. Madsen was critical of Obama.

The most obvious and easily provable discrepancy in the official version with regard to the collapse of the World Trade Center buildings on September 11, 2013 lies in the way the buildings "collapsed". Not only, for the first time in the history of the world, did three steel-framed skyscrapers collapse into their own footprints from fires, but they did so through the path of maximum resistance; something unheard of. Even more alarming is the fact that WTC 7 collapsed due to small fires even though no "aircraft hit" had occurred or any other major damage. Worse still is the fact that the owner of the WTC, Larry Silverstein, admitted on-camera that he "gave the order to pull", a fact corroborated by none other than now US Secretary of State John Kerry. The high point of the American Empire has passed and mercifully we have emerged intact from the 20 very dangerous years during which the United States was the sole superpower in the world. With regard to US surrogate NATO which is circling both Russia and China with bases and nuclear weapons, he labeled it an "imperial war machine" and called it "the greatest danger to peace and security in the world." One devastated country after the other has made it clear that any country which pursues independent sovereign policies and attempts to better its own position and the state of its people becomes a target for the US Empire. The illegal interrogation facility and indefinite detention prison camp at Guantanamo Bay continues to function as it has since the events of 9-11 and plans to build new facilities are still in place. Due to the illegality of the entire "operation" lawyers for the detainees have considered not taking part in the proceedings as doing so grants the prison credibility but they have decided that they cannot abandon the innocent people being held for more than a decade without charge and without due process. Michael Ratner, the lawyer for Julian Assange, whose Center for Constitutional Rights, and who personally represents many of the "inmates" at Guantanamo, spoke to the Voice of Russia and said that Guantanamo is "completely flatly illegal, it’s a rump court, it is a kangaroo court, and it is a charade", similar to what the Nazis did. He also called the illegal limbo of Guantanamo an outrage and said with regard to due process and human rights that the US, judicially speaking, is done.

Russia's granting of asylum to Snowden was a noble act – Michael Ratner
The United States continues to try to fool the world into believing that the Edward Snowden persecution is related to terrorism, when it is in fact related to US hegemony and power. This was the crux of a letter from Edward Snowden to the Brazilian people in which he asked for asylum in that country. The prosecution of the Guardian and other news outlets for publishing the
truth about US Government illegality has a chilling effect on the press and
journalists. The US has declared a war on journalists and truth seekers and
in light of the extreme way that the UK has followed the US’ lead, the
American lawyer for Julian Assange and WikiLeaks, Michael Ratner, is
recommending that people involved in exposing UD Government illegality not
go to the UK because at minimum they risk being detained for up to nine
hours (if they cooperate), questioned without a right to a lawyer and
possibly facing terrorism charges. In an interview with the Voice of Russia,
Mr. Ratner said it was interesting that they haven’t touched the lawyers yet
and stated that there is a real struggle going on between governments and
private corporations who want to both surveil people and keep information
secret and the people who want to expose their illegality and believe in

US "missile defense" is the key element in US first-strike attack planning. After the US launches a first-strike attack against a country like Russia or China they want to ensure that there is no retaliation, in effect guaranteeing a successful first-strike attack. This was stated by Bruce Gagnon the Coordinator for the Global Network Against Weapons and Nuclear Power in Space in an interview with the Voice of Russia. Mr. Gagnon is an expert in US weapons system and proliferation and has been an activist against militarization for decades. He also said that the US needs to stop spending trillions on weapons and start using the money to help deal with the reality of climate change as well as improve infrastructure if we are to have a future for our children and our grandchildren. He also reminded us of the teaching of the native Americans who believed that every decision we make has to be based on the impact to the next seven generations.

When the Cold War finished many intelligent, peace-loving and thinking people all over the world believed that there would be a drawing down of military forces and an end to the arms race as the ideological confrontation between the USSR and the USA was no longer a geopolitical reality. However as history has shown that has been far from the case and in fact the opposite is completely true. With the recent Steadfast Jazz training exercises, military buildup in Poland and the current exercises envisaging fighting against regular army forces in the Caucuses US/NATO continue military exercises and maneuvers that are clearly aimed against Russia. These moves by US/NATO are perhaps the most serious threat to world peace and stability that currently exists.

People who knew Lee Harvey Oswald and even Oswald himself, maintain to this day that he was just the fall guy for the Kennedy assassination. Although the Warren Commission concluded that the assassination was carried out by a lone shooter, Lee Harvey Oswald, all of the evidence points to at least three. Even the fact that the three shots in six seconds came from different locations and that the bolt action rifle Oswald had had a defective site and could not have physically been reloaded fast enough to fire three shots in six seconds, did not stop the Warren Commission from blaming Oswald. One fact that all scholars and investigators seem to be able to agree on is that some aspects or actors in all of the possible theories may have worked together to assassinate JFK. French President Francois Hollande on Monday sharpened his tone dramatically on Israel's settlement policies, demanding a "complete halt" to constructions in the disputed area. Riyad H. Mansour, a Palestinian-American diplomat and a Permanent Palestinian Observer at the United Nations since 2005, talked to the Voice of Russia's very own John Robles about Hollande's statement and the current state of affairs in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. According to Dr. Mansour, Israel has to stop illegally building settlements and expanding existing ones to allow negotiations to proceed in an appropriate atmosphere. Dr. Mansour also called for the international community to force Israel to change its illegal behavior. The diplomat also condemned those countries with powerful veto powers in the UN that continuously provide cover for Israel's impunity. "We want to negotiate with Israel all the final status issues, borders, Jerusalem, refugees, security, settlements, water and prisoners", said Dr. Mansour; but for that, Israel has to "stop its illegal behavior".

What is astounding about the treaty, other than the fact that it is being pushed through without allowing US Congressmen access to the full text, is that only 3 people in each of the 12 prospective signatory countries, have access to the full text. Given that the treaty will affect countries which account for about 40% of the world GDP and over 800 million people, the fact that 600 corporate bankers are effectively hi-jacking the governments of the member countries and that only 3 people in each country know the full contents of the treaty, the document is a true step towards Corporate Fascism. The secret Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement is an instrument that will radically strip away rights and seek to completely control almost every area that is of interest to the large corporations that are going to be the main beneficiaries. The closeness with which US President Obama is working with the corporate interests behind the treaty to ram it through the US Congress with almost no debate or chance for oversight is egregious in itself and further shows just how closely connected corporations like Chevron, Halliburton and Monsanto are with the US Government. On November 11th, as Poland marked its Independence Day holiday, right-wing nationalists and rioters decided to target and attack the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Warsaw, Poland. The Polish Security Services protected the site but not until rioters burnt a police post and did damage to the Embassy Compound. Riot police were forced to form a cordon around the embassy to protect the location and multiple arrest were made. Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk has apologized for the attack, organized by hate groups operating in Poland whose backing must surely now be investigated.

Late CIA Agent/US Ambassador to Libya, Stevens, was a gun runner for al-Qaeda and during the time leading up to his death he was trying to secure the return of 20,000 MANPAD surface to air missiles from al-Qaeda and affiliated groups. These weapons were transferred to radical Islamist elements in Libya to help the US/NATO overthrow the country. Now according to James and JoAnne Moriarity in an interview with the Voice of Russia, al-Qaeda owns Libya, and the only way to get Libya back is through the tribal peoples of Libya, who do not support the fanatical Islamists. According to the Mr. and Mrs. Moriarity Stevens was killed by Mohamed Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood who were being funded by the US Embassy in Egypt.

Mr. Hammond will be sent to prison for being entrapped in a hack of Stratfor Global Intelligence by an FBI informant named Hector Xavier Monsegur who is still working for the FBI and went by the hacker name Sabu when he was part of Anonymous. The sentence in the case is expected to be close to 10 years for a cyber crime which in an analogous real-world situation would have gotten Mr. Hammond six months. Mrs. Sue Crabtree, a close family friend of Mr. Hammond spoke to the Voice of Russia about the case and also the case of a journalist named Barret Brown who may be sent to prison for 100 years for (according to Mrs. Hammond) sharing a link to the Sratfor e-mails.

being ignored by the US mass media but the case of the young man accused
of being involved in the passing of the Stratfor E-Mails to WikiLeaks is
full of contradictions and serious reasons to question the motives of the
judge and the entire prosecution, including the FBI which, it has been revealed,
not only orchestrated the hack through an FBI informant known by the code
name "Sabu", but could have stopped the leak of the files anytime had they
wanted. The FBI were in fact storing the "Stratfor Files" on their own servers
for two weeks before they were released to WikiLeaks. According to Sue Crabtree,
a close friend of Jeremy and the mother of the family who took Jeremy in
and whose children considered him a brother, the FBI may have been interested
in the activities of Stratfor which may explain why they held the material
on their servers for so long. Mrs. Crabtree also believes that the FBI was
interested in selling the material to WikiLeaks so that charges of espionage
could be brought.

While in fact being illegal aggressions and incursions
onto the sovereign territories of foreign countries, recent "operations"
by the US in Somalia as well as the kidnapping of a Libyan citizen go further
to underline the illegality of United States government and their actions
around the world. Sadly, the US media has portrayed such events and actions
as being “bold military flexing of muscles” and somehow proving that their
President and leadership is legitimate and powerful and not to be messed
with. Most leaders of the world attempt to show that they are for peace
or they are for diplomacy, however, due to the belief by Americans in their
own exceptionalism acts of aggression are seen as events to be lauded, applauded
and proud of. Nowhere has the western media focused in detail on the fact
that the kidnapped Libyan citizen was actually one of the US’ own freedom-fighters
and opposition members before he was branded a terrorist and was then kidnapped
from his own country. These further acts by the United States against the
sovereignty of other nations, while perhaps playing well back home, only
go to underline the complete and total illegality of the current regime
in America. Such aggression and rapid worldwide military expansion are the
largest threat to world peace that has existed since WWII.

Dear readers, I have received a lot of mail from
all of you as of late in response to my efforts covering the Syrian crisis
and in particular to work on trying to uncover the true connection between
Saudi Prince Bandar "Bush" and terrorism, in light of his threat against
President Putin and the Russian people. One of the best and most detailed
responses came from an unexpected source, unexpected because I am fighting
for peace and this response was from an almost lifetime member of the US
military. What he has to say is worth reading, so please let me introduce

of Sheremetyevo International Airport in Moscow, finding freedom again after
approximately a month. Snowden has been the focus of an unprecedented man
hunt by the U.S. and has had the world's media watching and recording his
every move. Finally, he maybe will find peace after making revelations that
have focused the world's attention once again on the illegality of the U.S.
The manhunt that the U.S. launched against Mr. Snowden was unprecedented
in scale having threatened countries, even interfered with the flight of
a president of a sovereign nation and even more intense than anything the
U.S. ever did to capture or find Osama bin Laden. The U.S. are still after
Mr. Snowden, even though he's been granted political asylum. When it was
reported that Mr. Snowden went to Cuba, Russian journalists and journalists
from around the world also went to Cuba. When he left Hong Kong journalists
flew to Moscow to try to record the fate of this historic whistleblower.
I spoke with one such journalist from Hong Kong.

the one year anniversary of his being trapped in the Ecuadorian Embassy
in London. The unprecedented egregious and illegal interference by the United
Kingdom in the case has shed any and all possible illusions that the U.K.
is anything other than merely a surrogate of America. By not allowing someone
who has received political asylum safe passage to travel to the country
where the person has been granted asylum, the U.K. has also shown that the

As the trial of Bradley Manning, one of the greatest
whistleblowers in history, gets under way, the U.S. government continues
to show that it has no concern for the war crimes and the illegality of
the U.S. actions, that were exposed by Manning, instead it has been further
revealed that Manning was tortured and continues to be unfairly persecuted
for doing the morally correct and right thing. According to Michael Ratner,
the President Emeritus for the Center for Constitutional Rights, the trial
